Sailor style *.*

I totally love her style. She kinda looks like a sailor but she hasn't used the original colors: blue,white and red but she's using only white and red. I love the red one at Charlotte Russe (check it out: http://www.charlotterusse.com/catalog/search.cmd?form_state=searchForm&keyword=red+blouse) for 23$ or you can get one similar to that at Forever 21 for only 18$ ( check it out: http://www.forever21.com/Product/Product.aspx?BR=f21&Category=top_blouse_shirts&ProductID=2017306673&VariantID= ). If you can't find a red blouse with white lines in it, wear a red one with a pencil white skirt and red leggings...still awesome. I saw this perfect red pencil skirt at Forever 21 for only 12$ ( check it out: http://www.forever21.com/Product/Product.aspx?br=F21&Category=btms&ProductID=2000033967 ). I totally love it :'). And if you don't like it, there are lots of other ones at Forever 21 that cost only 9$ or less ( you can see them here: http://www.forever21.com/Search/Search.aspx?br=f21&category=btms_skirts&keyword=red%20skirt ). As for the tights you can get them everywhere for 6$ or less :) 
As for a final touch don't forget the hat. I think the right hat makes everything look better :). I checked some stores to help you find a hat like that but I could only find one at Love Culture. Anyways the hat is french style and it costs about 14$. You can us the shoes that you saw at the other post...a simple pair of black ones would be great :D. So the whole outfit costs  about 55 $ but remember you can wear the blouse or the skirt with other things. Hope you guys like it :)
